LIV Hotel Bronx - Newly Built

Simple and straight to the point space . Rooms were clean and they even had nice lighting on my floor, the blue light was nice. Had Roku tv and had ALL the apps , down to NTTV ! If you’re looking for a place to lay your head comfortably you can go here. Location is in the Bronx so you may not like that but I’m from here so I’m used to the energy over here.

Liv Hotel is hands down one of the best spots tp stay in Bronx. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with friendly faces. I liked what they did with flowers on the ceilings of the lobby. The interior gives a very modern and aesthetic vibe so much that i clicked a few pictures with my suit on before heading out for my event for which i was in the area. The rooms are clean and comfy too. The staffs really go above and beyond with their customer service and local insight. Parking can be a little stiff if you arrive later in the evenings but theres a paid parking garage just down the road which is super affordable. Other than that it was a great experience staying at the hotel. If you are planning a trip to the bronx, you should definitely check it out.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at LIV Hotel, and I can honestly say it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the experience was nothing short of outstanding. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with every amenity you could possibly need. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s design, making it both comfortable and functional. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. One of the standout features of my stay was the exceptional customer service. A special mention goes to Ben, the receptionist who checked me in. Ben was incredibly warm, friendly, and professional. He went out of his way to ensure that my check-in process was seamless, offering helpful recommendations about local attractions and dining options. His positive attitude truly made a difference, and it’s clear that he takes great pride in providing guests with a memorable experience.

I have visited this hotel a few times and is definitely one of my favorite places to stay in. The staff have been pleasant, kind, professional and very accommodating especially one of the front desk staff members named Ben. I love the decor of the main lobby and the rooms are spacious. I do enjoy that most of the rooms are not identical to each other so it’s always a nice surprise to see which room I’m going to receive and how it’s going to look like. Some of the rooms have a really great view as well. The hotel is near a huge park, places to eat, the highway and public transportation. It’s fairly new so it is still a work in progress. Definitely one of the best hotels in the Bronx. I would definitely recommend it.

Ben is always great during check in. One of the very few decent hotels that have smoking rooms. I have stayed here countless times and what I noticed is I don't think they wash the comforters. inspect the towels some has stains.

Amazing experience. The lady at the front desk was very kind and presentable . Overall 5 star I would give just because of that front desk lady. She helped us in changing the room as my boyfriend has asthma so she changed the room and also gave us 15 minutes extra on our stay. Overall had good experience

If you’re looking for a cute hotel for the night, this is it! The staff was pretty reasonable. If you’re looking to stay two nights, make sure you book ahead. I do have to say the beds aren’t comfortable, And parking could definitely be a big nightmare if you don’t get there early! The staff did let us know that there was parking right next to them. After a few hours. You were able to get a spot and let the attendant know.. The car was safe all night, which was a big plus! Another thing I would like to point out is that they did extend our stay for an extra 30 minutes that was very nice of them! What I did find a bit odd was that one of the people that we were with the minute they laid down they started itching.. This statement isn’t to say there’s anything wrong with the hotel. It was just a bit odd we checked for bugs and it “Nothing there”! Big plus that they have a blow dryer overall Pretty aesthetics, but the rooms are very tiny
